The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened its online portal for verification of marks, obtaining scanned copies of evaluated answer books, and re-evaluation requests for Class 12 students.
The portal, which went live on June 1, 2026, allows candidates to submit applications for post-result services in a transparent and streamlined manner.
Students can apply for verification of marks at a fee of Rs. 100 per subject, request scanned copies of answer books for Rs. 100, and seek re-evaluation at Rs. 25 per question. Fees will be refunded if marks increase after re-evaluation.
CBSE officials stated that the system has been strengthened to ensure glitch-free access, following earlier technical issues reported by candidates. The board emphasized that the portal will remain open for sufficient time to allow all students to complete the process without disruption.
Support channels have also been activated, including the CBSE Tele-Counselling Helpline at 1800 11 8004 and email assistance via resultcbse2026@cbseshiksha.in.
This initiative is part of CBSE’s broader effort to reinforce transparency and accountability in its digital evaluation process, especially after the introduction of the On-Screen Marking (OSM) system that assessed nearly 98.6 lakh answer sheets this year.
