Union Minister JP Nadda has called upon citizens to come together in raising awareness about Dengue, stressing that collective responsibility and public participation are crucial in combating the spread of the disease. He emphasized that prevention through awareness, cleanliness, and active community involvement is the most effective way to reduce Dengue cases across the country.
Nadda highlighted that government agencies are intensifying campaigns to educate people about mosquito breeding prevention, safe water storage, and timely medical consultation. He urged schools, local bodies, and community groups to actively participate in awareness drives, ensuring that information reaches every household.
The Minister noted that Dengue remains a significant public health challenge, particularly during monsoon months, and reiterated that coordinated efforts between citizens and authorities can drastically reduce its impact. He appealed to the youth to take leadership in spreading awareness and adopting preventive practices.
