The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued advance city intimation slips for candidates appearing in the CSIR UGC NET June 2026 examination. The slips provide details of the exam city allotted to each candidate, enabling them to plan travel and logistics ahead of the test.
Officials confirmed that the intimation slips are available on the NTA’s official website. Candidates can download them using their application number and date of birth. The slips are meant to inform candidates of their exam city, while the actual admit cards will be released separately at a later date.
The CSIR UGC NET June 2026 exam is scheduled to be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode across multiple cities nationwide. The test will assess eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship positions in science and research fields.
NTA has advised candidates to carefully check their intimation slips and make necessary arrangements for travel. The agency reiterated that the slips are not admit cards and will not be accepted for entry into the examination hall.
With the release of the city intimation slips, candidates are urged to stay updated through the official NTA website for further announcements regarding admit cards and exam schedules.
