Armed organisations, politicians, and segments of the Baloch population have publicly expressed support for the Baloch Liberation Army’s (BLA) ongoing “Operation Herof 2.0,” an intensified campaign targeting Pakistani security forces across multiple districts in Balochistan. The operation, launched recently, has seen coordinated attacks and heightened clashes with military and paramilitary forces in the region.
In statements released during the offensive, BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch claimed that fighters were maintaining control over several strategic areas and exerting pressure on military movements. The group asserted that local civilian support has played a crucial role in sustaining operations, providing assistance in mobility, communication, and territorial control.
Support for the operation has also come from other pro-independence armed groups, including the United Baloch Army (UBA), which pledged full moral, intellectual, and practical backing. UBA leaders lauded the courage and determination of the fighters, urging unity among Baloch organisations to expand cooperation and turn the campaign into a broader collective struggle for national dignity, freedom, and sovereignty.
Exiled Baloch leaders have voiced solidarity with the initiative, describing it as a critical phase in the ongoing conflict and calling on the Baloch people to continue supporting the operation’s objectives. The renewed offensive comes amid heightened violence in Balochistan, where separatist militants have carried out multiple coordinated attacks, resulting in casualties and prompting strong counter-operations by Pakistani security forces.
