NEW DELHI, Apr 7: Delhi Police questioned three individuals in connection with the recent security breach at the Delhi Assembly, intensifying the probe into the incident that raised serious concerns over legislative safety.
Officials confirmed that the three persons were taken in for detailed interrogation to ascertain their role and possible links to the breach. Investigators are examining how the suspects gained access and whether lapses in security protocols contributed to the incident.
The questioning comes after the Assembly witnessed an unauthorized entry that disrupted proceedings and prompted immediate evacuation measures. The breach has sparked debate over the adequacy of existing security arrangements at the legislative complex.
