Faridabad Police, in coordination with central investigative agencies, have questioned more than 2,000 Kashmiri students and tenants as part of the ongoing probe into the recent blast near Delhi’s Red Fort. The explosion on November 10 claimed multiple lives and injured several others, prompting a large-scale inter-state investigation.
Authorities stated that the questioning is aimed at tracing possible links to an alleged “white collar terror module” suspected to be behind the attack. Investigators are also scanning over 13,000 CCTV footage clips and tracking digital footprints to identify suspects, including a reported suicide bomber.
The probe spans Delhi, Faridabad, and Jammu & Kashmir, with Al-Falah University in Faridabad emerging as a key area of focus. Police emphasized that the exercise is part of routine investigation procedures and is not intended to target any particular community.
