Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi has issued a stern warning to Pakistan, cautioning against harbouring terrorists and engaging in hostile operations against India. He emphasized that any attempt to destabilize India through cross-border terrorism will be met with decisive and strong action by the armed forces.
General Dwivedi underscored that India’s security apparatus remains vigilant and fully prepared to neutralize threats emanating from across the border. He reiterated that Pakistan must dismantle terror networks operating from its soil and refrain from supporting activities that endanger regional peace and stability.
The Army Chief’s statement comes amid heightened concerns over infiltration attempts and terror plots targeting Indian territory. His remarks highlight India’s uncompromising stance on national security and its resolve to safeguard citizens against external aggression.
Officials noted that the armed forces continue to strengthen surveillance, intelligence coordination, and operational readiness along sensitive border areas to counter any emerging threats.
