The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) honoured India’s five World Cup-winning teams at the prestigious Naman Awards in New Delhi, celebrating the nation’s greatest cricketing triumphs across formats and generations. The ceremony brought together legends and current stars in a historic tribute to India’s cricketing legacy.
The event felicitated the 1983 ODI World Cup team led by Kapil Dev, the 2007 T20 World Cup squad under MS Dhoni, and the 2011 ODI World Cup champions also captained by Dhoni.
