The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) confirmed that its online portal for Class 12 post-result services, including verification of marks, obtaining scanned copies of answer books, and re-evaluation applications, remained fully functional from June 2 to June 7, 2026.
Officials stated that the system operated without disruption during this period, ensuring that all candidates could submit their requests smoothly. The board emphasized that technical safeguards were strengthened following earlier glitches, allowing uninterrupted access for students.
CBSE highlighted that the portal’s availability was part of its broader effort to reinforce transparency and accountability in the evaluation process, especially after the introduction of the On-Screen Marking (OSM) system that assessed nearly 98.6 lakh answer sheets this year.
Support channels remained active throughout, including the CBSE Tele-Counselling Helpline at 1800 11 8004 and email assistance via resultcbse2026@cbseshiksha.in, to guide students through the application process.
By keeping the portal functional for the entire window, CBSE aimed to ensure fairness, accessibility, and confidence in its post-result services for Class 12 candidates nationwide.
