New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended his greetings on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, wishing for further brotherhood, kindness, and collective happiness across the nation.
“Best wishes on Eid-ul-Fitr. May this day further brotherhood and kindness all around. May everyone be happy and healthy. Eid Mubarak!” the Prime Minister posted on X.
President Droupadi Murmu, in her message on Friday, urged citizens to resolve to promote unity and harmony in society and contribute to the nation’s progress.
Eid-ul-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan, was celebrated across India on March 21, 2026, with prayers, community gatherings, and festive meals.
