Two masked assailants opened fire at the 24 HS Fitness gym in Paschim Vihar, Delhi, which is linked to Punjabi singer Guru Randhawa. The incident occurred in the early hours of June 11, 2026, with at least seven rounds fired at the gym’s glass facade.
No injuries were reported, but the attack caused damage to the entrance and sparked panic in the area. Police teams recovered bullet shells and are analyzing CCTV footage to identify the shooters.
Shortly after the incident, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility through a social media post and audio message, alleging Randhawa was targeted due to his proximity to Bollywood actor Salman Khan. The gang warned that the firing was “just a trailer.”
Delhi Police have registered an FIR and launched a high-level investigation, deploying special units and forensic experts. Authorities are also verifying the authenticity of the gang’s online claims.
The attack highlights rising gang threats against celebrities and renewed concerns over public safety in Delhi and NCR.
