Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh has said that India’s governance practices such as the Digital Life Certificate and the iGOT Karmayogi platform are attracting global attention. He highlighted that these initiatives reflect India’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and capacity building in public service delivery.
The Digital Life Certificate has simplified pension verification for senior citizens, reducing bureaucratic hurdles and ensuring timely disbursement. Meanwhile, iGOT Karmayogi, the government’s digital learning platform, is empowering civil servants with continuous training and skill development, aligning governance with modern needs.
Dr. Singh emphasized that these reforms showcase India’s ability to leverage technology for citizen-centric governance, setting benchmarks that are now being studied and appreciated internationally. He noted that such practices are strengthening India’s image as a leader in digital transformation and administrative innovation.
