Riyadh, November 4, 2025 — The Embassy of India in Riyadh successfully concluded the Pravasi Parichay 2025 series with a vibrant cultural celebration titled ‘Gita Mahotsav’, highlighting the spiritual and philosophical legacy of the Bhagavad Gita.
The event marked the finale of a multi-week initiative aimed at deepening engagement with the Indian diaspora in Saudi Arabia. ‘Gita Mahotsav’ featured recitations, cultural performances, and interactive sessions that showcased the timeless teachings of the Gita and their relevance to contemporary life.
Ambassador of India to Saudi Arabia, along with prominent community leaders and scholars, addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of cultural heritage in strengthening diaspora identity and fostering cross-cultural understanding.
Participants from across the Kingdom joined the celebrations, which included devotional music, classical dance, and exhibitions on Indian philosophy and literature. The event also served as a platform to promote unity, values-based living, and India’s rich spiritual traditions.
