Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reiterated the government’s focus on building next-generation infrastructure to realise the vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047.
Addressing a gathering, the Prime Minister highlighted that modern infrastructure is the backbone of India’s growth story, enabling faster connectivity, efficient logistics, and sustainable urban development. He stressed that projects in transport, energy, digital networks, and green technologies are central to shaping a future-ready nation.
Modi underlined that initiatives such as high-speed rail, renewable energy expansion, smart cities, and digital highways are not just development projects but catalysts for economic transformation. He noted that these efforts will empower citizens, boost industry, and strengthen India’s global competitiveness.
The Prime Minister also emphasized the importance of innovation and indigenous solutions in infrastructure building, urging collaboration between government, private sector, and youth to accelerate progress. He reaffirmed that the vision of Viksit Bharat rests on inclusive, resilient, and technologically advanced infrastructure.
