External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar met Kuwait’s Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in Kuwait City on Thursday, July 9, 2026. The meeting focused on ways to enhance bilateral cooperation across diverse sectors, including trade, investment, energy, and security.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the long-standing India–Kuwait partnership. Discussions highlighted opportunities to expand collaboration in renewable energy, infrastructure development, and technology, while also addressing regional and global challenges.
