Gujarat Police have arrested 362 illegal Bangladeshi nationals during a massive crackdown under ‘Operation Delta Hunt.’ The coordinated action was carried out across multiple districts, targeting individuals who had entered India without valid documents and were allegedly involved in unlawful activities.
Officials stated that the operation was launched to identify and detain foreign nationals residing illegally, with a focus on strengthening border security and internal law enforcement. The arrested individuals are being interrogated, and cases have been registered under relevant provisions of the Foreigners Act and the Passport Act.
