Hyderabad, November 5, 2025 — The Government of Telangana has launched a state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence Innovation Hub aimed at fostering cutting-edge research, development, and deployment of AI technologies across key sectors.
The initiative, spearheaded by the Telangana IT and Industries Department, seeks to position the state as a national leader in AI-driven innovation by supporting startups, academic institutions, and industry collaborations. The hub will serve as a catalyst for developing scalable AI solutions in healthcare, agriculture, urban governance, and education.
Equipped with advanced computing infrastructure, open datasets, and mentorship programs, the AI Innovation Hub is designed to nurture talent and accelerate the commercialization of AI applications. It will also host hackathons, policy dialogues, and pilot projects to bridge the gap between research and real-world impact.
Officials emphasized that the hub aligns with Telangana’s broader digital transformation strategy and complements national efforts under the IndiaAI Mission. The state government reiterated its commitment to ethical AI development, data privacy, and inclusive growth through technology.
