The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for killing seven Pakistani military personnel captured during its ongoing campaign, ‘Operation Herof II.’
According to the group’s statement, the soldiers were executed after being taken prisoner in recent clashes in Balochistan.
The BLA said the killings were carried out as part of its broader offensive against Pakistani security forces in the region.
Pakistan’s military has not yet issued an official response to the insurgent group’s claims.
The incident underscores the intensifying conflict in Balochistan, where separatist groups have escalated attacks on state forces in recent months.
