BJP leader Rajiv Jasrotia on Monday described the Union Budget as a visionary blueprint for achieving the goal of ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’, stating that it lays a strong foundation for long-term economic growth, social development and national self-reliance.
Jasrotia said the budget reflects the government’s commitment to inclusive development by focusing on key sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, agriculture, youth empowerment and innovation. He added that sustained investments in roads, railways, digital connectivity and energy will help create employment opportunities and boost economic activity across the country.
Highlighting provisions for education, skill development and startups, the BJP leader said the budget aims to equip the youth with the capabilities needed to compete globally. He also said emphasis on research, technology and ease of doing business will strengthen India’s position as a leading global economy.
Rajiv Jasrotia further noted that measures for farmers, women and marginalised sections underline the government’s resolve to ensure balanced and equitable growth. He said targeted welfare schemes combined with fiscal discipline will help improve the quality of life for citizens.
Calling the budget forward-looking, Jasrotia said it aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of transforming India into a developed nation by 2047, adding that effective implementation of the proposed initiatives will be key to realising this goal.
