The Union Agriculture Minister has announced that more than ₹1,51,000 crore has been proposed under the Viksit Bharat: G RAM G Scheme to accelerate rural development and agricultural transformation. The scheme is aimed at strengthening infrastructure, boosting productivity, and ensuring inclusive growth across villages and farming communities.
According to the Minister, the initiative will focus on modernizing rural infrastructure, enhancing irrigation facilities, improving access to technology, and supporting farmers with sustainable practices.
