Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has described the 12 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government as a transformative phase in India’s civilisational and developmental journey, marking May 26, 2014—the day Modi first took oath—as a decisive shift in governance, vision, leadership, and national resolve.
In a post on social media, Singh said that under Modi’s leadership, India has progressed with unprecedented speed and scale across sectors. He highlighted achievements in economic development, social welfare, Aatmanirbhar Bharat, digital transformation, infrastructure growth, global leadership, and national security.
Singh emphasized that India’s growth story has become broader, deeper, and more inclusive, with millions of previously marginalized citizens now active participants in the nation’s development. He noted that the vision of Antyodaya—uplifting the last person—has been realized in its truest sense.
Referring to the BJP’s governance slogan, Singh said “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas” has not remained merely a slogan but has been reflected in governance and policy at every level, making India stronger, prouder, and more self-confident than ever before.
Praising Modi’s personal commitment to public service, Singh described him as a “Pradhan-Sevak” who has dedicated every moment of his life to the service of Maa Bharati and her people. He added that Modi’s tireless commitment, unwavering resolve, and selfless devotion continue to inspire millions across the country.
Singh concluded by stating that the past 12 years have opened a new chapter in India’s civilisational and developmental journey, positioning the nation firmly on the path of inclusive growth and global leadership.
