New Delhi, Dec 02: External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar extended warm greetings to the United Arab Emirates on the occasion of its National Day and conveyed his best wishes to UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He said the day marks an important milestone in the UAE’s journey of progress, unity, and global leadership.
In his message, Dr. Jaishankar highlighted the deep-rooted friendship between India and the UAE, noting that bilateral ties have grown stronger across trade, investment, energy, technology, and people-to-people exchanges. He appreciated the consistent support extended by Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed in advancing strategic cooperation between the two nations.
The External Affairs Minister also reaffirmed India’s commitment to further strengthening its comprehensive partnership with the UAE, acknowledging the country’s remarkable achievements and its role as a key partner in regional stability and global economic growth.
Officials in New Delhi noted that greetings exchanged on the UAE’s National Day reflect the warmth and mutual respect that underpin India–UAE relations, which continue to expand across new and emerging sectors.
