Prime Minister Narendra Modi said the annual Amarnath Yatra reflects India’s enduring spirit of unity in diversity and showcases the country’s rich cultural and spiritual heritage.
In his message, the Prime Minister extended his best wishes to all devotees undertaking the pilgrimage and prayed for their safe, peaceful, and successful journey to the holy Amarnath cave shrine.
He said the sacred pilgrimage strengthens the values of faith, harmony, and national unity by bringing together devotees from different regions, languages, and communities.
The Prime Minister also appreciated the efforts of security personnel, volunteers, healthcare workers, and officials involved in ensuring the smooth conduct of the yatra.
The Amarnath Yatra, one of the country’s most revered Hindu pilgrimages, continues under extensive security and logistical arrangements with thousands of devotees participating from across India.
