The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir has dismissed two more government employees for their alleged links with terror outfits, reinforcing the administration’s policy of zero tolerance toward militancy. The action comes as part of ongoing measures to weed out individuals with extremist affiliations from public service.
Officials stated that the employees were found to be in contact with banned organizations and were involved in activities detrimental to national security. Their dismissal was recommended after a thorough investigation and review of intelligence inputs.
The LG’s office emphasized that the government remains committed to safeguarding institutions from infiltration by elements with terror connections. It noted that such steps are necessary to maintain public trust and ensure that state machinery is not misused for unlawful purposes.
This latest move adds to a series of dismissals carried out in recent months, reflecting the administration’s resolve to act firmly against any form of support for militancy within official ranks.
