Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reiterated the government’s commitment to enhancing ease of living for citizens, emphasising that reforms and initiatives are being designed to simplify everyday life and improve access to essential services.
Addressing a public gathering, the Prime Minister said that policies are being framed with a people-centric approach, ensuring that governance is transparent, efficient, and responsive. He noted that the government’s focus remains on reducing bureaucratic hurdles and expanding digital solutions for citizens.
PM Modi highlighted that infrastructure development, affordable housing, healthcare, and education reforms are integral to the ease of living agenda. He underlined that schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, PM Awas Yojana, and Jal Jeevan Mission are transforming lives by providing health coverage, housing support, and clean drinking water.
The Prime Minister also pointed to the role of technology in bridging gaps between citizens and governance. Initiatives like Digital India and direct benefit transfers have reduced leakages and ensured that welfare schemes reach beneficiaries more effectively.
He stressed that ease of living is not limited to urban centres but extends to rural areas, where efforts are being made to improve connectivity, empower farmers, and strengthen local economies. The government’s rural development programmes aim to ensure balanced growth across regions.
PM Modi concluded by stating that the government’s vision is to create an environment where citizens can pursue their aspirations without unnecessary obstacles, thereby contributing to a stronger and more inclusive India.
