Cultural programs, demonstrations, and awareness drives added to the festive spirit, reinforcing yoga’s global recognition as a practice of peace and harmony.
Officials emphasized that the mass participation reflects Kashmir’s growing embrace of yoga as both a lifestyle and a bridge of cultural unity. The celebrations also aligned with the nationwide observance led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, marking the 12th International Day of Yoga.
