President Droupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have extended greetings to the nation on the occasion of Parkash Utsav of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
In her message, President Murmu said that Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s life and teachings inspire humanity with values of courage, sacrifice, and devotion to truth. She urged citizens to follow his ideals for building a just and harmonious society.
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar stated that Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s legacy of selfless service and protection of the oppressed continues to guide generations. He called upon people to imbibe his teachings in daily life.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also conveyed greetings, highlighting Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s unparalleled contribution in upholding righteousness and safeguarding human dignity. He said the Guru’s vision of equality and justice remains relevant in contemporary times.
The Parkash Utsav marks the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the tenth Sikh Guru, revered for his spiritual leadership, valor, and establishment of the Khalsa Panth.
